This cozy and thoughtfully designed studio unit is located in the highly desirable Isla Verde area, just steps away from the beautiful Isla Verde Beach. The space features two comfortable beds, making it perfect for small families, friends, or couples traveling together. The apartment is designed to provide a relaxing atmosphere where guests can unwind after a day exploring the island. Large windows allow natural light to brighten the space, creating a welcoming environment. Guests will enjoy the convenience of staying in a well-located building with easy access to the beach, restaurants, casinos, nightlife, and grocery stores.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment during their stay, allowing them to enjoy privacy and comfort throughout their visit. In addition to the unit itself, guests can enjoy the shared amenities available within ESJ Towers. The building provides direct access to Isla Verde Beach, one of the most beautiful and popular beaches in Puerto Rico. Guests may also access the lobby areas and common spaces within the building. Wristbands are required for beach access and can be obtained at the front desk upon arrival. * Refund Process: Our team requires time to conduct a thorough inspection and finalize maintenance reports after your check out, which is why we disclose a 7 to 14 business day window for refunds.

* Finalization: We will contact you once the refund is processed. The full amount will be returned provided there are no damages or rule violations. In the event of any incidentals, you will receive a detailed summary of deductions. Thank you for your cooperation.
