It features 1 Queen size bed and 1 Queen size sofa bed, perfect for you to rest and recovery from a great beach day. We have Wi-Fi and A/C. Our historical and cozy kitchen performs a dining table, expresso machine, K cup coffee maker and stovetop. Security Deposit Policy: To ensure the property remains in top condition, a $200 refundable deposit is required. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following: * Payment: A team member will contact you to arrange payment 5 days prior to your arrival.
