Welcome to our beautiful boho 3 bedrooms apartment in Harbour lakes!🌴
It is located just steps from the beach and pool. Our apartment offers both privacy and serenity. It is a great option for a trip!
Our apartment features awesome amenities to give you a perfect stay!
Our propety offer a great enviroment to enjoy for a friends or family trip, also ideal for couples or solo travelers looking for a serene coastal retreat! Available for 6 guests. Inside, it is decorated with vibrant, bohemian accents and equipped with modern amenities for a comfortable stay.
The bedrooms feature (2) Queen beds and (2) twin beds.
- There is TV
- A/C in all the apartment.
There are (2) full bathrooms and (1) little bathroom. We provide basic toiletries such as toilet paper, towel paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
The kitchen is perfect to prepare your prefer food during your stay!
The outdoor terrace is perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
We are very proud of the high standard of security in this condo complex, which makes it one of the top family-friendly places in the area. The entire complex is gated, and all residents/visitors must be identified at the guardhouse to enter.
There are 2 assigned parking spaces per unit!
One of the conveniences we have is that you won't need a key. We have an electric lock. Once you check in into the unit.
There are several supermarkets between the airport and Palmas del Mar, but the most convenient is the 24/7 Walmart Supercenter. There is also a mini-mart in Palmanova complex.
Security Deposit Policy: To ensure the property remains in top condition, a $200 refundable deposit is required. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following:
Payment: A team member will contact you to arrange payment 5 days prior to your arrival. This is mandatory for check-in; instructions will not be released until it is settled.
Refund Process: Our team requires time to conduct a thorough inspection and finalize maintenance reports after your check out, which is why we disclose a 7 to 14 business day window for refunds.
Finalization: We will contact you once the refund is processed. The full amount will be returned provided there are no damages or rule violations. In the event of any incidentals, you will receive a detailed summary of deductions. Thank you for your cooperation.
We consider an item damaged if it falls into any of the following categories:
Furniture & Fixtures: Any broken, missing, or structural damage to furniture wit hin the apartment.
Linens & Textiles: Any permanent stains, tears, or damage to towels, bedding, or other household linens.
Our support team is available until 11:00 PM. While you can still check in after this time, please be aware that we will have limited staff available to assist you until the following morning.

Este alojamiento fue un A+ en todos los sentidos. Es amplio, cómodo y está completamente equipado. Se nota que ha sido muy bien pensado y estructurado, especialmente para quienes trabajamos de forma remota. El ambiente es tranquilo, seguro y muy ordenado, lo que permite concentrarse durante el día y descansar plenamente en las noches. Sin duda, uno de los mejores Airbnbs en los que nos hemos hospedado. Si vas en modo trabajo por la zona, este lugar es ideal para cumplir con tus tareas y luego desconectar en un espacio cómodo. Agradecemos al equipo de PMI por todas sus atenciones. Además, aprovechamos para explorar algunos restaurantes y bares cercanos. Recomendamos especialmente Vista Mar Bar, un art bar clásico y tranquilo con una vista espectacular hacia la orilla de Palmas y Vieques. Incluso tuvimos la oportunidad de hacer nuevas amistades allí.
